LAST ENTRY RESPONSE

IN REGARD TO THE LAST ENTRY. AS AN EMPLOYEE OF VERIZON THIS PRACTICE IS CALLED A FRONT END CLOSEOUT. THE OFFICE WILL TEST YOUR PHONELINE FROM THE OFFICE AND THEN IF IT TESTS OK, THE JOB WILL BE COMPLETED WITHOUT A TECHNICIAN EVER GOING OUT TO THE HOUSE. THIS IS WHY THE COMPANY IS LOSING CUSTOMERS BY THE THOUSANDS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. 95% OF THE TIME A TEST FROM THE OFFICE IS UNCORRECT,SO I SUGGEST AS CUSTOMERS YOU ALWAYS SAY THAT YOU WANT A TECHNICIAN TO GO OUT TO THE HOUSE AND BE CLEAR BECAUSE REPS ARE TRAINED TO SCRUB THESE JOBS. VERIZON WILL BE GOING ON STRIKE IN AUGUST AND SERVICE WILL GET EVEN WORSE IF THATS POSSIBLE. AS AN EMPLOYEE I CHANGED PROVIDERS AND LEFT VERIZON MYSELF, WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? BEST THING TO DO IS SWITCH PROVIDERS AND HIT VERIZON WHERE IT HURTS,IN THE POCKETBOOK. VERIZON IS A COMPANY DOING UNETHICAL,ILLEGAL, AND IMMORAL THINGS ON A DAILY BASIS JUST LIKE MOST MAJOR COMPANIES AND CORPORATIONS IN THIS COUNTRY. LEAVE THEM NOW AND GET RID OF THE HASSLES THEY POSE.
