will always be mad at Verizon

My business phone line was knocked out during their strike in Virginia by some truck involved in construction out our road. After they finally went back to work they would not credit me for the lost days of service and lost business because I hadn't reported it. Well duhhhhhhhhhhhh..... How could I when they were on strike!!

Blame the union! They are the idiots that walked and left you hanging.

By the way, go up the chain and speak nicely with a manager, you will get your credit.
