Incompetent, Dishonest, Inept--FRAUDULENT BILLING

Long story short:
-Quoted wrong rate for cell service and broadband card (took three months and four visits to store to come to compromise)
-Given wrong broadband card for my computer, despite bringing in my actual laptop.
-Billed every month for Canadian roaming charges on my phone and broadband card--I live in Michigan and have not visited Canada since I've had Verizon. When I had AT&T, I would occasionally get a roaming charge once every TWO YEARS or so. I'd call AT&T, and they'd take care of it--they could override the charge. With Verizon, I'm on the phone a half-hour to an hour each month to "troubleshoot" with a tech. person who tells me the same thing--Call us when you get your monthly bill, and we'll take care of it.

To me, the fact that Canadian towers across Lake St. Clair actually have a stronger signal speaks volumes about Verizon's crappy coverage in my area!
I'm so sorry I switched and, yes, their stupid commercials actually make me ANGRY. Life's too short for me to throw money at these scam artists.
