Free TV

Seven very patient phone calls later, over four months, I am still no closer to getting the stupid 19" Hi Def TV they promoted last fall and winter.

I have names, dates and phone numbers of every person I spoke to. They were all so nice and polite (except for Teressa, see below), I imagined someone would actually do something, but this seems to be too much to ask.

Teressa (call #4) was the only person who was not polite and professional. Allegedly a supervisor, she sharply advised me that there was no such thing as an "Escalation Department" where issues could be resolved, even though I had been told that in one of my earlier calls.

I am going to keep at this and maybe some day I will get the stupid TV.

Good luck...its taken then 10 months to get my billing address right. And they still haven't even fixed it!
