| Missed service calls - |
So, I signed up for Verizon land line. Service call scheduled - missed. Rescheduled - missed. I called today to find out if there is something else I need to do, and was told, in a not-so-nice fashion, that there was no evidence I'd ever set up a service call. When I asked if I heard correctly, was told yes - and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, was transferred to someone who told me, as she tried to speak over me, that my problem was that I just didn't listen. Ok then. Double whammy - she doesn't know that I am legally deaf . . . but they will soon. Oh yes. They will. - Verizon H8er ID: 14699B |
