customer service "stinks"

When I Call Customer Service I Seldom Am Connected To The Correct Department.
The Phone Menu Takes So Much Time To Work Through Before I Am Connected To A Real Person.
Sometimes I Have To Hold 10 min Or More Before Being Put Through To The Department I Am Trying To Reach.
The Lesson Here Is: If You Have A Choice Between A Different Company And Verizon.....Try The Different Company First.
"Verizon" Is On TOP OF THE STINK HEAP!!!

Wait till u get stuck with frontier. They make Verizon look halfway decent. The website is the most pitiful site I have ever seen. U can only view/pay your bill on it. If u r an existing customer u can't get any pricing and there is no, Nada, zip, way to make the most simple change to your account and the icing on the cake is pricing for existing customers is higher than any other company. I'm not defending Verizon because they do suck shit but Frontier is incompetent!!!!
