30 day guarentee? My derrier! I had obtained the executive account email after a long and lenghty process trying to erase my bill for the line I added that didn't work out for me. After 10 hang ups through regular customer service, I was able to find the CEO's e-mail and tell him where to go. They called me the next day and had the charger removed.
