2 Months...still no DSL

Back in April we inquired about new DSL service. Verizon signed us up, sent us a bill, and then canceled our request through email. I stopped a technician on our street and inquired about service. He said "I'm installing DSL for your neighbor today, no reason you can't get it. Here's my supervisor's contact info". I called and a few weeks later they verified we could get DSL and had the accounting dept set us up. They day before the scheduled install, I get an email stating our request has been canceled (again)! Then I get another email stating our DSL installation was scheduled for another two weeks away. I called and they said the original ticket didn't have enough info to complete the install so they had to regenerate the request. The final install was supposed to be complete yesterday. Someone from Verizon stopped by while we were at work and left a feedback form that said to enjoy our new Verizon DSL...except it still doesn't work! I called tech support; they could send someone out on Saturday to take a look. Thanks Verizon!
