Computer Glitch?!?!

Hi, I have verizon service and about 5 months ago they started sending me misprinted bills. My plan was for 450 mins a month, but the started charging me for any mins over 300. This sent my bill sky high. I thought I just went over my minuets. I later took a good hard look at my bills and noticed that verizon was ripping me off. I contacted verizon and got many different reasons why my bill was not right. One of their people told me they had a computer glitch in billing system. Another told me it was just a misprint and that I had gone over my minuets. And the third person told me there was nothing she could do and that I should just pay the bill or I would have my phone shut off. I did get a hold of someone who knew what was going on and they helped me get credits issued to my account. This was fine with me until I found out that one of the credits was not approved by managment. The crdeit was for 120.00 I called to find out why the credit was denied and I got more of the same BS. They tried to talk real fast so I would not understand them. They told me the reason why the credit was denied was that I had my service shut off for a few weeks. This makes no sense. I payed the 15.00 to have my service turned back on. I dont see how this would stop me from getting 120.00 that verizon over charged me. I have stopped paying verizon and now they are going to terminate my service along with adding their early termination fee to my account. Someone needs to put a stop to verizons shaddy business practices. DOWN WITH VERIZON!!!!!

Verizon have been reipping me off for quite a while...and now they are charging me 500 dollars ... i asked why how when??? they never had an answer but they surely know how to get customers and mess up their credit...
