third time's the charm - not

Just took a third day off from work for verizon install. spent 90 minutes of cell phone time trying to find out where they were. was told they weren't coming, that i had appt time wrong. when i went through the roof, the snotty 'agent' said 'are you done yelling?' and even tho i'd stopped, and asked for a supervisor, he just kept repeating, 'are you done yet?' finally, he hung up on me. when i got through to another agent, i was told that the appt was today, and they were still coming.


then, a tech arrived and said, "i've got bad news." they still aren't ready to install....

they promise they will do it saturday morning between 8:30 and 9:30. I should go out somewhere, cause I'm fairly sure that is the only way they'd show up and be ready to work.

this is on top of trying for months to understand my phone bill, and why it is for a thousand dollars, always, no matter how much we pay, and no matter that we never go over our minutes.

i hate verizon.
