Verizon has me well on the way to a nervous breakdown

About a month and a half ago, verizon charged me $399.99 for an "equipment charge". I have been calling them since then to get this error fixed and get my money back. I have literally spoken to 42 different customer service reps and 4 different "executive relations" reps.....ALL to no avail. This company practices thievery on a scale that is unimagineable!! Everybody says "we're so sorry", but NOBODY DOES A DAMNED THING TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!! DO NOT SIGN-UP WITH EITHER VERIZON WIRELESS OR VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS!!! They do not tell you that these are 2 separate companies and they both play ping-pong with you!! GOD I HAVE VERIZON WITH ALL OF MY BEING!!!

WELL YOU ARE RIGHT!! I can honestly say I feel your pain!!!!

WHAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE TO ME THIS WEEKEND- IS UNACCEPTABLE.
