Verizon Migrane

I just have to vent. I can't stand the "Please hold & I am so sorry for the wait" I have been on the phone with Verizon for 2 full days now. Meanwhile a simple change of service has caused me a full blown migrane. What should have been a click of the button has caused my entire business to come to a stop. I've lost my emails (both verizon & aol) I've been in business for 20 years... need my emails!!! I've been told my internet is going tomorrow too, next the phone!! This all stems from a simple billing change. But.... instead of changing a name on the account, they decided to cancel the entire account. So....... they tell me there is no way to stop this, I must go thru the entire set-up procedure. Which they say will only put my business down for a week.... maybe a bit longer. Then they said they could possibly send someone out to do a re-router, and the person was a no show/no call. I then asked what was my next step? Which I didn't wait for an answer. I answered that myself "Comcast".
