Contact Info For Executives

Alright, guys, don't know if this has been posted, but it doesn't hurt to bump the info up to the top! I've searched and searched, and this is some of the best contact info I've found so far. Since the regular reps and supervisors are incompetent, give these people a call!

212-395-1060 is the number for the CEO's office.
212-719-3349 is the fax number for the CEO's office.
212-321-8700 is Verizon Executive Customer Service.
ivan.g.seidenberg@verizon.com is the CEO's email address.

Anyone that thinks using these e mail addresses and phone numbers will get anything accomplished is a FLAT OUT FOOL. I have seen an email from Larry Babbio a few years back. It basically was written to a manager in North Carolina. The entire email consisted of a two page complaint by a customer , Babbio's response to the VZ manager was " handle it".

a fool? by contacting babbio, the problem got solved and the manager looked like an ass to upper management. i think it worked just fine and more customers should call these nazis more often and complain about the inept managers and technicians that are employed by verizon. verizon will fall

I've used this and it does work. Last time I wrote at 1am PST on a holiday weekend and had a real response by 4:30AM PST (7:30 am on the east coast Saturday morning) from an exec in Florida. My problem was solved haphazadrly over the course of the following week.

oh they work all right. E-mail and phone message left at 11PM. PHone fixed by 8am. Phone ringing off the hook with Verizon execs.

Use the fax numbers here and at other websites and send them faxes. Execs have too many emails already and the Delete key is second nature for them.

kick ass i say; it's the american way i am @ war w them 4 ohsomany reasons not the least of which is outsourcing these bastards, at a time when so many of our countrymen r suffering i was the very first outsourcer back in the 60's when we had plenty of employment here & i was struggling 2 raise a child w/out my sperm donor (husband -- hah!) but 4 obvious ethical reasons would NEVER do it 2day i am @ war w them & just found out that t mobile is giving better deals on cellular & am researching the net options so go go go already had ivantheterrible's e address but might not have btw when i communicate w him that's exactly what i call him best oh & have u seen their latest threat about 'losing data if we dont blahblahblah' bcause theyre improving our security smd verizon if i relied on the likes of u 2 protect me i'd be as dumb as dirt which u ivan the terrible clearly r off 2 battle

Verizon wireless will illegally charge your monthly bill with bogus charges and when you catch them they will keep switching you from rep to rep until you loose the call please everybody check your boll every month and I'm starting a petition against them I'm asking everyone to join me and also we all can cut our bills back by $5 a month in one year we can cost verizon over $750,000 and let's see how much they like loosing money and they know why I'm doing it they are a company of thieves and the stole from me I caught them and now they refuse to pay me back they offered me half of my money and that alone is admitting guilt and I refuse to accept that because I'm the victim here and I refused to be bullied anymore by this company called verizon wireless!!!!!!!
