Dry Loop DSL customer...

While the actual service was fine, how can you screw up DSL service?
The actual process of getting the service was a nightmare!! It took almost 2 months for them to set up an account.

Additionally, they refuse to mail or email me any bills. They only charge my credit card. Disgusting.

After I had a fire in my apt, I had to fight with them to reimburse my account and to cancel my service.

I HATE VERIZON. I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE PERIOD!

we employees at verizon call it d s hell because the company half asses everything. ive never installed a dsl tat worked properly the first time. and they are doing the same thing wit fios. thiscompany is in big financial trouble and within 3 to 5 years they will be wireless only.
