TIME ON THE PHONE WITH THEM IS A WASTE

First of all their phone menu is uncoordinated - i have to work through it - I wind up speaking with Dim Wits - who can't do their job - only to be transferred to another FOOL WHO CAN'T DO THEIR JOB EITHER. WHAT SHOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN 3 MINUTES - TAKES CRAPPY VERIZON 10 min - RIGHT NOW - I STILL AM NOT ANY CLOSER TO RESOLVING MY ISSUE THAN I WAS 15 MIN AGO WHEN I FIRST CALLED. YOU "GOTTA" YELL AT THESE CRETINS.

All yelling does is shoot your blood pressure up, abdicate the person trying to help you, and waste your time. Just get them on the phone and demand for a supervisor. Not saying that's gonna solve it but yelling at the rep will only shut them down and your chance of getting your issue resolved is shot right out the window. If the supervisor can't/won't help u then file an executive complaint.
