worst customer service ever

my phone was stolen beginning of august. i switched to another phone. my next bill showed $25 worth of downloads that i obviously hadn't done since my new phone wasn't even vcast enabled. It took forever but if said i wanted all internet etc. blocked they would take it off. this means i'm not able to use backup assistant. i had more downloads on my next bill that were downloaded more than a week after i had blocked all ability to download. despite this paul in tech service (if you get him hang up and try someone else) told me that not only would i have to go in person to a wireless store to confirm that i didn't have these downloads (even though i blocked the ability to do this) he wanted to know exactly when i would go so he could then take the downloads off my account. i am definitely switching to at&t as soon as i can afford the cancellation fee. Verizon is the worst, worst, worst. Do not under any circumstances sign with them. this is one of several problems my husband and i have had.
