Verizon - awful technicians and support

Verizon's entire dispatch/ticketing system is ridiculous. The dispatched technicians don't give a damn and close tickets before verifying with the customer that things are in working order. "hmm...it's working at this CO".."things are good up until this point"...ticket closed. AND customer service/support...what a bunch of friggin idiots. How long do I need to be put on hold for them to tell me something I already know. Fix my damn circuit!!!

In many cases, their supervisors close the ticket early to meet state ordered service mandates. So these methods of padding service quotas start with craft techs and 4 levels of management.
