Extremely Poor and Confused Customer Service

I just fired Verizon FIOS Internet after having the service for two years. I have suffered equipment problems (ONT), MOCA modem problems (ActionTEC makes awful, crappy modems for MOCA), poor customer service (always want to charge me to fix their equipment), and conflicting technical support.

I am going back to Comcast and looking for a second provider so I am not reliant on a single provider.

good job......i worked for them for 9 years and they do not care about the customer unless verizon is owed money.
