"Knock Yourself Out" (rude cust sup rep)

I have just spent 123 minutes trying to cancel my Verizon Fios. Not one of the 9 people I have spoken with can help me. When I said I should be able to cancel my account without having to call the Virginia Attorney General, the customer service rep said "knock yourself out".

I have cancelled Fios TV, am trying to cancel the Internet, and can't wait to cancel the phone too.

HEAR THIS Ivan Seidenberg (Verizon CEO): my experience with Verizon Customer has been atrocious, horrible.

I include Ivan's name so this pops up on 'net searches and links him to awful CS.
