I'm writing this to kill time while waiting on the line for a Verizon rep to help me. We got a FIOS bundle service from them. Then they started sending e-mails saying that we would not get the promotional rate we'd agreed to unless we go online and agree to some kind of terms. So I went to the site, and was asked for a user name and password. I have no memory of ever having set up a user name and password. So now I'm calling them instead, and holding... holding... holding... holding... (repeat ad infinitum).

verizon sucks plain and smple. do yourself a favor and cancel, u will have nothing but problems
