Installation

I have been trying to get a new installation since October. I told them at the time that they need to extend the line up the road a few hundred feet. Since that time I have been given several numbers by the business office, none of the people I call give a rat's behind whether I get a line. I keep telling the business office that it is their job to tell someone to put in the line, but I guess they don't have a button on their computer screen for that. They have connected me to trenching, engineering, private contractors, some guy on a pole and today a dispatcher who hung up on me. No one will tell me when and if I will get a phone, but they did manage to bill me for a dial tone which I don't have plus a month's service.

call PUC. find VZ local president. Better yet, Give me the state you are in and I will post the correct address. I will give you the specific mail code to get it to his direct officenot some lame P.O. Box. Time to rock the ship.

I live in PA. I filed a complaint with the PUC this week. Thank you. It would be nice to know who to call at Verizon.
