What they said: It not their responsibility
they can't change it. I was supposed to dipute it but they did not send me a bill for three months.
How was I supposed to know that they were overcharging me. Maybe they have telephatic billing and i was not aware of it.

The Service Rep was nice but the Supervisor suck. All their customers shold check their billd thoroughly, since they routinely add services that are not needed to people account and then they blame the customer and threaten to send you to collections, in addition to late fees that continuious pile up.
