F Verizon

I was supposed to have a simple office transfer, within the same building done today. I set up the transfer 3 weeks ago. I called this morning, to verify the transfer today, when my phone was disconnected at 9. I was advised this is standard practice, as the phone must be disconnected in the old office, before they turn on the new one. (LIE, all they do is change the wires on the board) The CS girl then tells me they should be out to the office before 12. This was after a 10 minute hold and a transfer or two.

At 1pm, I called back to find out whats up? It took 7 associates to transfer me all over before one of them finally told me they may not be out until 5. I wasn't sure, but I could have sworn we said between 8-12. Anyway, that's fine. Then, at 4:45 I called, was transferred to RESIDENTIAL service, (10 minutes), then transfered BACK to BUSINESS, who transferred me back to one of the many associates I spoke with earlier. He THEN advises me that their records actually had me down for service on 01/05, three days later. OK, here we go:

1. Why, if this is the case, did they disconnect my phone (bills are paid, btw) at 9 this morning?

2. Why, on my numerous calls during the day, would one of their associates not have told me this?

3 Why does everyone of their associates go rude somewhere between the first and second sentence?

I don't know what to do. I hate verizon. I wish you well in your endeavors to take these worthless SOBs DOWN.

Oh yeah, the whole time on hold on my Verizon Cell phone. Dang.

dont feel bad, many of the people i spoke with, due do many of the different reps they spoke with, i always seem to get the ass end of shit, but no matter what happened i was able to get everything resolved for my customers, i used to be a supervisor for verizon so i knew what happened with that place
