$240 Charge for broken phone

About 3 months ago, I had to get a replacement phone from Verizon because it broke twice. I failed to return it within the 10 time frame (because I am a busy person), so they posted an additional $240 to my phone bill so my phone bill totaled $325.
I paid this bill expecting reimbursement for it relatively soon. It is now over 2 months later, and I still have not been reimbursed for my overpayment. Customer service continues to say that it takes 2 billing cycles to reimburse me for $230. I pay my bill each month to Verizon. I expect the same respect in return. VERIZON OWES ME $240 AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY IT BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. VZW is a multi billion dollar company. I make $36000/ yr. $240 places a very large dent in my pocket. I have had to pay my rent late this past month and I will have to do so next month all because VZW is raping me out of $240 because of policy. I JUST WANT MY MONEY THAT IS DUE. THEY ARE HOLDING HOSTAGE MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR POLICY. $240 is nothing to this huge company. IT IS SOMETHING TO ME.

i have a problem kinda like that except they never gave me a return billing tag so they charged me 550 for there mistake.
