How convenient is it when Verizon has a "30 day worry free cancellation policy" but you dont get the first bill until 34-36 days after you sign up, so you are unaware there is a problem until that first bill arrives. Then they tell you that you are NOT within the 30 days and will be charged! Its not like I have had the service for 6 months then decide I dont like it and want to cancel it. Idiots.

Oh, and being placed on hold, listening to the automated message saying "your problem becomes our problem the first time you call" YEAH RIGHT.

I got the bait and switch from Verizon. And they wont fix it. I HATE THEM!!!!!

Yeah, I believe the 30 day policy is a return policy. It gives you 30 days to try out the phone and the service, not to see if you will like the bill. I think that there is literature out there that explains it, but I'm sure that 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee is in big letters, and the info is in smaller letters but you are too lazy to read that. When you buy a newspaper, I bet you read the headlines but not the details under them. Idiot
