PREFERRED BUSINESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I'm responsible for 5 operating entities, representing 27 Verizon accts including voice, wireless & internet.

Being the financial officer of these entities, and being involved in yearend closing activities, I currently don't have the time dealing with the Verizon "voiceloop". Received a piece in the mail which purported to make my life easier in addressing my business needs. After waiting 24 min for a human voice, inquiring about a service, I was immediately switched into the "voiceloop' that I was trying to avoid. I was livid, needed to vent, googled "I hate verizon" and found 764,000 entries. It's absolutely insulting how verizon treats/supports its customers.
