avoiding termination fee

If you call and say you need to cancel your service due to an illness the representative will terminate your number and automatically credit any termination fee, this is their policy.

It actually is a terminal illness. They only terminate the line of the ill or deceased. There is also a team that is set up that audits those disconnects. You should see what happens when they find out that someone is lying. Have fun in court.

actually you have to wait for the person to die. then you have to show a death certificate. so uh, go kill yourself and really show verizon who's boss!
