4 years of hasrassment

I was unfairly charged for long distance calls after Verizon blocked AT&T from turning on my low rate plan though AT&T informed me my plan had been initiated. I wrote the FCC and received a decision in favor of Verizon. I paid the bill right after it went to collections. Then, ever since, for the past four years, every time I call for billing errors or routine service I get long pauses, am sent to billing or collections for no reason, am left on hold and disconnected. I get odd treatment from operators, they just stop talking mid sentance etc. I was told there is notes that say, "In treatment ..." ? Told my account indicates there's a law suit, judgement etc ... What I firmly believe is that as a result of my dispute, my dare to stand up and disagree with Verizon to fight back with rude billing and collections operators resulted in my account, in me, being labled or red flagged, so every time I call back I'm harassed with this time wasting, put in cue, wierd treatment, sent to billing, questioned, ignored and disconnected by one operator after another.
It has happened too many times. I know this has been retaliation. We have no choice in this neck of the woods. There is no choice for cell either. Most everyone I have ever talked to HATES Verizon and HATES the monopoly they have.
I have Verizon DSL, why? because there is no other choice.

Verizon a monopoly? Wow, I didn't know they are the only cell phone company now. What happened to AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S.Cellular,...ect...
