I will never have another Verizon account again

I will never have another Verizon account again.I made the mistake of joining my home service with my wireless services onto one bill. big mistake. Making payment is a pain and I paid my account in full onl their website , it was debited from my checking and then never posted to my verizon account. That was January, here it is April and I have the same BS going on 4 months later. I have sent bank statements and everything and cannot get anyone to help me then they temrinated my account for non payment even though I paid.
