Verizon sucks so much I'm shaking

Verizon sucks. I don't know how else to express it. For the fourth time in two weeks, the cable box has frozen and it's taken me 30 minutes on hold with the goddamn help service to get it resolved.

i got news for you , if a cable box is freezing constantly. but the others in the house work correctly, then no phone conversation by phone in going to resolve the problem.the box is freezing because of loss of signel strength (digital noise measured in decibals or db. there is a problem at your house with either a bad box, poor quality cabling or a bad splitter. dont even bother with the testers on the phone,, insist that you need a tech out at that house.
