| They are consistently horrible |
1. They never show up when promised for service.
2. They try to blame your equipment when there is a repair issue.
3. I was promised a $50 rebate for putting all three services onto one bill and then they told me it didn't somehow apply to me.
4. They tried to deny a rebate for a phone I purchased by telling me it was not part of the phones that offered rebates. I finally got my rebate but had to complain and have the person call a supervisor for me. Then it was reluctantly given over with no apologies, etc.
