| verizon sucks canceling all my accounts |
so i've so many problems with my verizon phones, but this time they reall put it over the top. i called custermer servise or whatever and was talking to them and explained mt situaation on how i've taken my phone back 6 times ion like one month. so, they told me i could have any phone in the store as a replacement for free, and it would be brand new in the box and all; well what a bunch of lies that was. i recieved the package today and it was a pre owned dare. so not only did they send me the wrong phone they also sent me a pre owned phone, and it was not a mistake. the bill and shipping and everything said certified pre owned lg dare - Verizon H8er ID: 24CF26 |
