I was lied to

Been a Verizon customer for 15+ years. Finally got my bill to stay consistently the same. Well I go into store and ask for help with my wife's phone cause it is using to much data. The employee tells us we can go from our current 2gigs of data to 4 without altering our bill because they are trying to please there customers who are struggling with data usage issues. I ask 4 times to two different employees if they are positive this won't change my bill and both employees assured me it would not. Well guess what. My bill goes up almost 50 bucks. I spend over an hour on the phone with two customer service people and their only solution is to move me back to my previous plan, however, it will costend 50 more Dallas to move back. So I was lied to. I believe they train their employees to say what ever they have to. I have been thru MANY similar experiences thru the years. I will be changing phone companies as soon as possible. They never change and obviously don't care.s
