Had the worst experience today

I had the worst epxerience today with Verizon. I have them for my fios internet and it took me 10 hours and talked to 17 people to make the payment. I had changed cards and forgot so my auto payment did not charge. Instead of contacting you or letting you know, they just turn off your service. I hate them. I am definitely cancelling my service now.

I know!! They should definetly know that I decided to get a new card and the one they had wouldn't work any more! Geez I hate it when they shut my service off when I don't pay the bill. I bet I got charged a reconnection fee for all this and its ALL THEIR FAULT!!!

They really should contact you and give you an opportunity to correct things before they start cutting services. Any business that cares about their customers and wanting to keep them, should do this at the very least.
