| Bill for NO service! |
When I scheduled new phone service with Verizon, I got no dial tone and was told "too bad, we'll send a tech in a few weeks and charge you through the nose". I cancelled service immediately and still got a bill for one month of "service???" I told the rep that they (Verizon) could go sh-t in their hat. Do you realize that your in a bitch session of at least 950 people, All of which have a gripe about one particular business? Do you think we're all idiots, Did we all make a mistake that a child would have avoided? Is it all just coincidence? Did we all just not understand? All 979 of us? [at last count} Really? ...... Really? I've been a complacent verizon cell phone customer for 6 years with no real problems. Phones are garbage,but aren't they all. We must pay for technology , and someones third house in the Hamptons, 'cause the products are not quality regardless of where they come from. Anyway the wife wanted a touch screen phone, so I got her one. And It's been a billing and customer service nightmare ever since. Not as bad as I've seen here but in 4 months spent six hours on the phone to 5 different reps. Three hours with two reps in person and I have zero faith that the next bill is going to be correct. The only thing I know for sure is if I ran my billing dept. this way I'd be out of business, and if I provided the same level of customer service, I'd never have a business to lose.
