Physical Damage?? BS!

I was having some trouble with the chager to my Lg Voyager. I have had the phone and charger for 6 months. About a month ago I began having some issues with the charger when it was not charging my phone unless I wiggle the wire around a certain way. I figured that it wasn't too much of a hassle so I decided to put off buying a new one. However, a few days later the charger stopped working completely! I figured that I would be able to fix it myself so I cut the rubber exterior to the wire and saw that some of the wires inside were loose. I probably shouldn't have but I was very irritated with the charger and I just ripped it in half! I have a warranty for my phone so I figured I would be able to replace it with no trouble. I went into the Verizon store and I explained the situation. The rep told me that I would have to bring in the charger for them to send back to the manufacturer and they would then replace mine. But I had already thrown the charger away. I admit fault for that so I decided to just buy a new charger. I paid $30 for it! I bought it on a Wednesday and Saturday night the CHARGER BROKE! I was charging my phone and I have no idea what happened but the plug fell out of my phone. I looked at the port and the little metal piece was still in there. I took the charger to the store the next day and I showed it to a rep. I had both the charger and the reciept with me. The plan that I am on is under my mom's name so they said they could not look at the plan unless she was there. So we both went into the store together and they told me that they would not replace it because it was "physical damage" to the charger and that I must have caused it. I then explained that I used the charger for a total of about 2 hours in those 4 days that I had it and there was no possible way that it could have broken so easily! They asked me detail by detail what happened and they still came to the conclusion that I didn't "intentionally break the charger" but that there was "no possible way that the manufacturer could have sent it to the store in that condition." So basically I was blamed for the damage and the they would not replace it at all! They were expecting me to pay another $30 for a charger! I was furious! First, they were very dismissive of me and then they tried blaming me for the damage! They are self-righteous thinking that they are being so niceee to the customers by giving us discounts everyonce in a while when we are the people who are giving them money and keeping them in business! They have great signals almost everywhere but they try to milk you for as much as they can!

HAH. just posted a new entry with the same problem.
it has been covered by THE WARRANTY IM PAYING FOR before and now at a new location they refuse to cover what is obviously a manufacturing malfunction for free.

You got screwed on the charger, I get that. But, honestly, everyone will treat you this way. No lie, every company will fuck with you this way.
