God, finally a website with people who understand me. I don't even want to explain all of this since my drama has lasted over a year now. Their company is full of black holes and none of the talking robot representatives know what to do about situations and customers that have problems that don't fit into their 'please press 1-9 for the following 9 problems you are allowed to have'.
