That's an oxymoron. No business more like. All I want to do is have a T1 moved from one building to another in DC and I'm on my 5th call, being bounced from place to place and still haven't been put through to anyone who can help.

What is the point of having 'How to Reach Us' on the invoice if nobody you call has an clue how to help you.

I don't see them having any problems sending the bill so why can't they provide a decent response to what must be a common request.
