12 year customer

I have been with verizon for 12 years. Each month threatening to cancel if my bill isn't corrected. I've had unexplained charges since the first year of service.Last month takes the cake. I had 1,254.00 worth of them. They said it was airtime charges, but your blocked from going there on all my lines. I said I'm not paying and they threatened to sue me. They cut off the phones and charged me early termination fee. Now I'm sitting here with no phone and bad credit, so I cant get another one.

Get a go-phone and buy the minutes as you need them. In the long run, it is cheaper than what you have been paying. 12 years of overpaying sounds a little excessive to me.
