stuck paying for an unwanted features

Over a year ago vcast internet service was added to my wireless phone without my knowledge. Since I autopay, this additional charge was overlooked all these months. When i called the customer service they said all they can do is give me 3 months credit, even though it clearly shows that i never used the service. If I didn't just renew the very day i found out about this extra unwanted service charge, i would switch phone service in a heartbeat. Verizon is filled with dishonest employees and does not care about their customers.
