| Verizon A Government Entity |
Verizon truly is regulated like a govt run company and thus you can expect govt type of service. They truly are the worst company on the planet. None of the employees take ownership of anything. I can't go into all the problems that they have caused my company because it would take too long. I will tell you, and I am not exaggerating, they have cost me at least 10k in lost revenue and about 60 hours of lost time. I was with them for a little over a year and spoke with at least 50 different customer service reps in about 12 different locations. They SUCK. I hate them and will never give them another dime.
