| Verizon is a liar!!! |
I have just gotten off the phone with those lying, manipulating, f***ers. They shut off my fios because they needed information to bill my account through my credit card. They said I could pay it no other way. They refused to give me a paper bill for my fios. Then today I find a huge charge on my credit card account for what they call past due charges. This is crap (and what makes them liars) because I called every month and asked specifically what I owed for my fios. I called today to figure this out and hope that they would credit me something for their own mistake, but nothing.
