| Demand a copy of your contract |
They are shameless and sneaky. You have to begin each call with a pen and paper and note the date, time and person's name. Ask in writing for a FULL DISCLOSURE WRITTEN COPY of your contract. You'll find out right away that they won't give you one. Instead they'll try to give you summaries or sales points. If what you dispute is not something that is covered in writing, then go directly to the attorney general of your state and file a complaint. It works!
