| Trying to let it go, but each month they do it again |
I live in an rural area and each month for minimal calling I get over a 100$ bill. This month they charged me 3.25 a minute for an overseas call because they claimed i didn't have a plan. I HATE THEM but unfortunately they are all that is available here. They keep insisting I should bundle my services with "high speed internet" Which their computers show is offered here, which is not because Verizon cares nothing about community and is unwilling to put lines in an extra 500 feet. How about those endless loops and wrong phone numbers. I tried to contact customer service with the number on their website andit was for new wirelss service witha n endless loop. - Verizon H8er ID: 492A70 |

If you have Verizon Wireless, go to VZW.com/international and verify the country you're calling to, and its rates. There's an international value plan that is $3.99 (over the period of an entire month) and that will make it so most of your calls are less than $.50/min when calling from your cell phone.
