Paying for service we do not receive

We pay for a bundle of cable, phone and internet via FiOS. We also have a fax line. When verizon went from their Freedom voice package to the new bundle they somehow suspended our phone services yet we continue to pay for them on our monthly bill. The techs at Verizon say we have a suspension. Finance analysts at Verizon have told the techs we do not. I have spent as much as 3 hours on one call to verizon. It is not to be believed. This has been going on for years!
