Nothing but heartache with Verizon

Years ago, I bought a Verizon Hub. It never worked, and the Verizon store wouldn't take it back, repair it, or help me solve the issue. I ended up throwing it in the trash can, and lost over $400.

In 2013, I got a cheap Verizon phone ($15/month for 60 minutes), and only this month (September 2017), with four hours of insistence from a state contracted agency, was I finally able to access voicemail on my phone.

I get text messages saying I need to pay hundreds of dollars by Feb. 2018. But the truth is that I've let unused minutes accumulate, and they owe me money!

The people in Verizon stores are beyond rude. They really are only interested in sales, not helping customers.

I hate Verizon with a passion!
