Story 3A (read before 3B)

Gonna split this one up. It's a long one.

I ditched Verizon about 3 years ago. My wife keeps the account going for what reason I will never know. So we build a house a half-mile from the electric wires and have to get internet. We get the Verizon Jetpack. Starts out ok but service is a little sporadic. I get the guy (Drone 1) on the phone and he tells me I don't have a pin set up. (total bs) and sends me a new one over text. The pin doesn't work. I get a hold of another service drone (call him Drone 2) and he tells me as soon as drone 1 hung up the phone and text me, the pin wasn't valid anymore. It was a temporary pin where he had to hang on the phone in order for it to work. These are the morons Verizon hires to help us out.
