STILL NO INTERNET

My internet, landline, and TV went out on Sat PM. They said the box needed replacing and the earliest someone could be there was Tues 10-12. I work from home and need internet and would be losing $$ until box could be replaced. In the meantime, service keeps cutting in and out. Off for hours, then on briefly. They don't show up by Tues 11:45. I call, and despite my having an email confirming the appt, they have no record of the appt. They said Weds 10-12 was the earliest appt they had. I said OK, but PLEASE try and get someone here earlier, as I'm losing money hand over fist because I can't work. They called and said they could have someone over between 5-7 Tues PM. I said thanks, but have to pick up kids during that time and can't if they can't give me narrower time. I've already lost a day of work by that time so might as well do Weds 10-12. They said they no longer had Weds 10-12 and earliest they had was now Thurs 9-11. So i've got only intermittent internet, TV, or landline since Sat PM. I'm losing tons of $$. They screwed up, and I'm the one paying for it. I hate these people so much.
