Triple play should be called the nickel and dime you to death

I was tired of paying 235.00 a month for shit service so I called them and said I don’t want to pay it anymore and the most I will pay would be 130.00 max with all the hidden fees included they told me they couldn’t and I said I want to return one box and they told me they will bill me 25.00 I told them no I never agreed to that when installed and if they want it they can pick it up or I will start charging them 25.00 rent until they pick it up needless to say I am canceling and going to comcast now Verizon is full of money hungry terrorists and I hope all the executives rot in hell for taking advantage of the American public.

There fucking scumbags , overcharged me by 3000 over 16 months as there own people at the chandler AZ call center told me back in January 2018.
II logged over 112 hours trying to fix this until last Thursday when I finally snapped on a supervisor and went to metro PCS .Ive been with Verizon for since 2002 and in the beginning I was a somebody with 1 line and.now 9 lines and they shove it up all are asses while smiling.
II have a new number for my business now that is royally screwing the business up.
I don’t. Have the energy for there new person handling the case every call , the multiple transfers and there smoke and mirrors the support there is trained to do.
I have hired council to handle this .
Remember once they hand your bill to a company to collect,
Verizon rights it off that year and washes there hands of it and now the company calling non stop to try to collect ‘’’
Well I never signed a contact with them only Verizon.
Only way out on your bill.
