Refund bullshit

I created a postpaid account with Verizon. It took 2 hours in the store because it got sent to fraud department. I was convinced the service would be worthy of the two hour wait but I found it was no better than T-Mobile. Also when I called to preorder the new iPhone it got sent to fraud. I ended up purchasing a phone in full instead of through Verizon and ported my number to T-Mobile prepaid the next day. I called to get my bill prorated and was told that I would have to pay the full amount so I did. It was prorated a few days after so I called and asked for a refund. They said I would have to wait two billing cycles for a refund. This company is awful. So quick to take your money but ask for a refund and they will drag it out. They are an awful company and I experienced the verizarape. If you are convinced they have the best service I wouldn’t let them run your credit and I would go prepaid
